Booking Guidelines: 

Please
call Santa Clara Travels at 408-330-0000 to book. Booking guidelines as given by respective carrier will apply. 

E-Tickets are not currently available. for internet bookings for selected itineraries.

Fare Guarantees: 

  • Fare is guaranteed at time of booking only when accompanied by a valid credit card payment. In the event of a credit card transaction being declined for any reason, fare is subject to change until a valid form of payment is received by Santa Clara Travels.

All changes to payment information must immediately be called directly to Santa Clara Travels.

Payment: 

  •  We accept the following credit cards:  
             American Express
             Visa
             MasterCard 

  • For Certain sectors, respective carriers may stipulate certain payment terms. Those stipulations will by pass our policy. 

  • DEBIT CARDS CANNOT BE USED. 

  • Checks Payment

  • Check payment reservations will be held for 7days, if payment is not received the reservation will be cancelled. 

  • ALL CHECK PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO REALIZATION AND CREDIT OF CHECK PROCEEDS BY OUR BANKERS IN OUR ACCOUNT. 

  • WE CHARGE USD.25.00 ON CHECKS RETURNED UNPAID 

  • Payments received after 1:00 PM Pacific Time will not be processed until the following business day.

    Shipping & Delivery: 

  • Santa Clara Travels charges $10.00 for FedEx two day delivery. 

  • Tickets will be delivered within (5) five business days after the reservations is complete with a valid form of payment. 

    Cancellation and Refunds: 

    Cancellations:

  • Cancellation penalties or fees apply to all canceled/ changed bookings. For exact penalties, please check with booking agent. 

  • N/A in this area designates a non-refundable / non-changeable ticket. 

    Refunds: 

  • Once tickets are returned to Santa Clara Travels, a standard period of four to six weeks is required to process refunds. In certain cases there may be further delay as some consolidators or airlines may take longer time refund. 

    Name Changes: 

  • Name changes are not permitted. Please verify the accuracy of all information before submitting a booking for ticketing. Santa Clara Travels is unable to absorb fees imposed by carriers for the reissue of tickets due to incorrect information or to correct spelling errors. It is the responsibility of the retail or sub-agent to ensure the accuracy of information supplied. To avoid errors, it is suggested that the passengersí names and ages be matched and double-checked against the travelerís passport information at the time of booking. 

    Frequent Flyer/Special Meal or Seating Requests: 

  • Once booked and ticketed, it is the responsibility of the retail agent, or passenger, to contact the airlines to give Frequent Flyer account information, request special meals, or to arrange seating. 

    Travel Documents: 

  • It is the responsibility of the retail agent and passenger to ensure valid passport and entry visas are obtained for all destinations. Please contact respective Embassy or consulate of the visiting country for latest Visa requirements.
